Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of these products (safety-critical, hygiene, electrical), please review this policy carefully.

1. Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, tags, and manuals intact. For helmets, this means unworn. For windscreen covers, uninstalled. For raincoats, unwashed with tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Conditions

  • Used items: Helmets that have been worn or show signs of use; windscreen covers that have been installed; raincoats that have been used or washed.

  • Final sale items: Marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale."

  • Missing/damaged packaging: Items must be returned with original packaging intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted.

  2. Pack items securely in original packaging with all parts.

  3. Customer pays return shipping. For helmets, costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured service.

  4. 15% restocking fee may apply for helmets.

  5. Refund issued within 10-15 business days after receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return and new purchase. Return the original item (following above process), then place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Missing Parts
If your product arrives missing parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
